Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Full-time B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc (Engineering) in relevant discipline with minimum qualifying marks + Valid GATE 2024 / 2025 / 2026 score.
Age Limit (as on 30.04.2026): Maximum 26 Years. Age relaxation applicable as per rules.
Application Fee
- General / OBC / EWS : ₹500/-
- SC / ST / PwBD / Female : ₹0/- (Nil)
Fee payable online via Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking or Offline mode.
Stipend & Pay Scale
During Training (1 Year):
- Monthly Stipend: ₹74,000/-
- One-time Book Allowance: ₹30,000/-
- Mandatory Lodging & Boarding provided by NPCIL
After Successful Completion of Training:
- Appointment as Scientific Officer/C in Pay Matrix Level-10
- Basic Pay: ₹56,100/- + Dearness Allowance, HRA and other perks as per Central Government rules.
